Festival FLOW Yoga & Son

A gathering open to all to experience joy, inclusion, movement and music during immersive days of learning and Yoga practices and well-being workshops surrounded by Art and Music in nature in the Laurentians .

For a 2nd edition, from August 23 to 25, 2024, the Festival brings together Yoga teachers from the Laurentians and special international guests as well as DJs and live musicians to give you a memorable experience. Conferences, discussions, local exhibitors and catering are also on the program.

Explore the theme of inner and outer nature through varied yoga activities: vinyasa flow, meditation, energy yoga, yang and yin yoga, acro yoga, sup yoga, sound baths, exploration of emotions, mindfulness walking in the forest, laughter yoga and more…
