Parc régional Montagne du Diable

Choose freedom!

Choosing Montagne du Diable Regional Park means choosing a comforting experience or an adventure that suits you, or both at the same time! Whether in a nature chalet, Tiny-house, refuge or camping, the frenzy rises just by packing your luggage ... Direction Ferme-Neuve in the Upper-Laurentians! Only 2h30 from Montreal and Ottawa-Gatineau.

Once there, it feels like you are alone in the world. Second highest peak in the Laurentians after Mont-Tremblant, Montagne du Diable (782 m/alt.) overlooks the landscape of a thousand lakes, including the most majestic: the Baskatong reservoir. With more than 100 km2 of pure nature, the silence is soothing. Here, everything is truer, more spontaneous. Welcome to your vacation! A break for a new found freedom.

True freedom is choice.

The choice of your activities in all seasons: 80 km of hiking and snowshoeing trails, 25 km of mountain biking (enduro and cross-country type - launching ramp - easy to double black level - mountain shelter directly on the track), 96 km of ski trails for all levels (classic, cross-country skiing, skating, nordic or hok skiing), fatbike trails, 2 hebertism trails and interpretation trail for budding adventurers.

Breathtaking discoveries! Summits with breathtaking landscapes, lakes with crystal clear water for your canoe, kayak or paddleboard (SUP) escapades, the majestic Windigo Falls (55 meters) and its lookouts and footbridges, sandy banks, falls and mountain streams, an observation tower 21 meters high.

The choice is also to sleep where you want!

In a nature chalet, in a stilt chalet or in a rustic campsite in the Village des Bâtisseurs Sector. In a refuge or rustic campsite in the Mountain Sector. Relax in a setting of natural beauty in the Lac et Chute Windigo Sector, sleep in a tiny house or a ready-to-camp, in a rustic campsite on the Lake Windigo peninsula, in campsite 2 services (water and electricity) or lean-to.

The choice of spending a family vacation on a low budget since those aged 18 and under have free access to the Park, equipment rental is free or at a favorable price in addition to a preferential rate for accommodation.

The Montagne du Diable Regional Park is the largest playground in the Upper-Laurentians. Nature is there, almost a part of your daily life! It's almost another world. A larger, wilder world and at the same time a welcoming, comforting, rejuvenating world.

It's decided! This year, disconnect and breathe freedom at the Montagne du Diable Regional Park for your winter or summer vacation!
