The chefs have free rein ! With no pre-set menu, the Carte Blanche concept offers you a 5-course gourmet meal based on the chefs’ inspiration.
Founded in Montréal in 1998, Dieu Du Ciel! cans and bottles some of its finest products at the St- Jérôme location.
Our "Farm to the table" offer mainly features products from the orchard. We also work with local producers to elaborate seasonal menus that are always fresh!
