The authentic Apple Shack, unique to the Laurentians, is set up on a family-run orchard in a rustic countrified atmosphere.
Located on the first floor of a stunning heritage building built in 1938, Chez Émile Restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy fresh, local cuisine, in the dining room or on the outdoor patio.
Our "Farm to the table" offer mainly features products from the orchard. We also work with local producers to elaborate seasonal menus that are always fresh!
