The Lake St-Francois-Xavier's Villas, three spacious lakeside cottages to rent located at 55 minutes from Montréal, in Wentworth-North, is a magical place offering up to 23 bedrooms in three chalets along with opportunities to engage in numerous recreational and touristic activities.  

The villas are ideal for casual meetings, with all the comfort required for up to 56 people. Our three villas offer accommodation capacity between 6 and 23 bedrooms (14 to 56 people).

Villa # 1 can sleep up to 24 people but 56 people can gather for meals and activities.

Villa # 3 can sleep up to 18 people but 30 people can gather for meals and activities.  

20 out of 23 bedrooms have a private bathroom and 3 bedrooms share a complete bathroom. Our kitchens have crockery and cutlery for the number of persons mentioned. You can decide to cook yourself and we supply everything you need to do so. You can do business with a caterer and/or a chef at home, they have adequate space to prepare a meal to meet your expectations.   Whether for get-togethers, team building sessions, motivational days, training seminars...you will find a comfortable environment, safe from interruptions and.......away from eavesdroppers.  Our conference room offers an exceptional view of the lake and the mountains.
