Ferme Dausyl - meat and farm products

Ferme Dausyl has been established in Mirabel for more than 50 years. In 2015, a change of direction: from dairy production to cattle breeding. All the production is processed on the farm and sold without an intermediary. This return to natural and traditional breeding is part of the current agro-environmental trend. Consumers today are indeed concerned about food safety, the quality of slaughter animals and the traceability of products.

At Ferme Dausyl, the oxen and steers are fed with the farm's crops (grains and oilseeds), without hormones or antibiotics. The meat is aged 10-20 days, then vacuum-packed and frozen. It is then sold at retail, in large or small quantities, directly at the farm shop.
