Sunrise x Yoga with Esprit Alpin - 2024

Come practice two sports in the same morning! You are invited to beautiful outdoor outings this summer at the Saint-Sauveur Summit where you can climb the mountain and do a yoga session at the top.

Bring your yoga mat, a good pair of shoes, a bottle of water and a snack.

From 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
