Come and discover a new angle of the gourmet universe of the Labonté de la pomme family and its Cabane à pommes that revisits Quebec gastronomy. It is a highly flavorful experience that awaits you to the rhythms of nature and the seasons. Gourmet menus and surprise discoveries of Nordic inspiration of the terroir and Quebec waters in agreement with homemade ciders with or without alcohol.

Each event will have its own 5-course seasonal menu where each dish is presented by the chefs. Discovery meal to share.

Meet the Labonté de la pomme family who will transmit his passion for the land, its artisan products and processed on site during a special moment at the domain. You will be welcomed for the welcome cocktail and visit of the domain.
